Operations Diagnostic
Before deciding what to change, understand what's actually happening.
The Operations Diagnostic is designed for growing founder-led businesses that know something needs to change operationally but may not yet know exactly where the problem is—or what the right solution should be.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined recommendation, I examine how the business operates today, where it is trying to go, and what may be preventing the current operation from supporting that direction.
Growth is creating questions your current operation isn't answering.
We look at the operation—not just one process.
Every company is different, so the diagnostic is not a rigid checklist. Depending on what is happening inside the business, areas examined may include:
The diagnostic uses the first three stages of SCALE.
Understand how the company actually operates.
Identify constraints, dependencies, gaps, and underlying operational problems.
Determine what needs to change and prioritize the appropriate response.
Operations Improvement Roadmap
The purpose of the diagnostic is not simply to tell you what's wrong. It's to give you clarity about what deserves attention and what should happen next.
The exact recommendations will depend on the business.
Current Founder Engagements
Founder Freedom Lab is currently applying and refining the SCALE Method and Operations Diagnostic through real founder engagements. I am currently looking to work with a limited group of growing founder-led businesses where there is enough operational complexity to meaningfully examine how the company works and where constraints exist.
These engagements will also help refine the methodology before the broader Emunah Oaks service model is introduced.

If your company is growing and you believe the way it operates may not be keeping pace, tell me a little about the business and what you're currently experiencing.
